Basement and garage floors take more abuse than any other slab on the property: vehicle loads, road salt, moisture from below and constant temperature swings. They deserve more than a quick pour and a rushed trowel.
We prep the subgrade, install vapour barrier and insulation where the build requires it, set drains and floor slopes, and finish flat enough that a cabinet, hoist or gym floor sits properly on it years later.
Renovating an older Orillia or Barrie home with a cracked, uneven basement floor? We remove and haul the old slab, correct the subgrade and pour a clean, level floor with a proper moisture barrier.
